Over 70 percent of the boys who are being raised in church will abandon it during their teens and twenties. Many of these boys will never return.

Jason Geffers                                                            

Jason Geffers is the founder and president of Impact Society, Inc.  His heart for family, evangelism, discipleship, service & missions are the cornerstones of Impact Society Inc...  Jason realizes the importance of each man seeking God’s plan and purpose for their life, so they can have a positive Godly impact in their area of influence.

First and foremost be believes in inspiring men to their God given call to lead and love their family as Christ leads and loves the church.

 

Jason has participated in leadership positions such as; ministry to men, youth and marriage.  He has taken mission trips to Mexico, Burma, Honduras and India.  He currently serves on the board of Directors of Hope Treatment Center, an organization designed to minister to the AIDS epidemic in India.

 

Jason is the owner and president of JJ Geffers Construction, Inc.  Which he feels has been a primary platform to have an influence for Christ.

He and his wife Lori have four children; Isaac, Nickolas, Victoria and Tiffany.

Gary Eck

Gary has been a Christian since his early twenties.  He is currently a member of Community Church in Oshkosh, WI.  He is married to his high school sweetheart and has two children.  Gary has been with Otis Elevator Company for twenty years in various positions. He is involved with several different areas of ministry, however he is most passionate about 1) marriage enrichment studies- seeing marriages reach their fullest potential; and 2) encouraging men to fight “isolationism” by getting into fellowship with a group of guys that will encourage growth in Christ and share in accountability.  Gary became associated with Impact Society because of his desire to become more of a man of God.  Many personal trials and tribulations became a catalyst for his desire to seek God fully and completely.  Through his circumstances, God is revealing His glory to Gary for His purpose.  Gary is a Trustee on the board of Directors for Impact Society.  His continued role with the group has led him to many leadership roles and responsibilities.  Gary’s passion for Christ fuels his desire to be an example for men. His hope is that men would stand up and stand out for Christ in a falling society in a fallen world.

 

 

 

Paul Farrell

I grew up working in farming, but went on to college to become an electrical engineer.  After I had a successful engineering career in the utility industry during my young adult life, God had other plans.  Through challenging personal circumstances, which also brought me to Christ, my engineering career ended and a new long transition began into the field of scriptwriting and filmmaking.  That path led me to Oshkosh where I returned to college as an older non-traditional student.  In the meantime, I also married and now have children with this new wonderful family. 

 

My calling in Impact Society is to reveal to men of Jesus, both young and old, our true identity - perfect in Christ.  With this revelation, and the truth of living in grace and not under the law, we can change our lives while leading our family and community to a godly tomorrow.

 

 

 

Tom Kraus

Hello, my name is Tom Kraus.  I am and ardent outdoorsman and love camping and biking with my family.  Worship and playing the guitar and leading God's people in song is a passion of mine.  I have three kids, Bailey, Carson, and Regan, and a beautiful wife that is definitely the better half!  Impact society has been a blessing for me in helping me to develop into a man that has a passion for God first, a desire to leave a legacy for my family, and the heart to serve his community.  I believe strongly that we as men need to take back our families and communities as leaders in our Christian faith.

 

 

 

Paul Benz

Paul Benz is semi-retired from owning a pizza restaurant. For the past nine years he has held a variety of jobs, but currently works for NAPA Auto Parts doing deliveries. Paul is down to earth and has a huge vision and contagious enthusiasm for promoting the things of God. Since being born again in 2004, Paul has gained a keen understanding of his need for the Lord, He has become an active member of the Impact Society and in turn encourages others to become more involved and continue on their walk with the Lord. Paul has a true heart for God and knows it is never too late to make changes and alterations to improve his life no matter how young or old a person is. Paul lived most of his life in the dark, but is now living in the light, and he welcomes others to join him.

 

 

Andy Ballard
